Ginkgo Biloba Good For Your Brain and Sex Life

The popular nutritional supplement ginkgo biloba is know for helping with memory and brain function.

Ginko is a anticoagulant, which means it will thin your blood. Don't worry, for most people that's a good thing. By thinning your blood you'll see improved circulation. This means more blood going to your brain AND for men this can actually help with erectile dysfunction.

Like many nutritional supplements you won't see the dramatic results you get with prescription drugs, so don't look for a "4 hour erection" like you get with Viarga by taking ginko biloba, but with consistent use it could help.

Tasty And Healthy Blueberry Ice Tea Recipe

The sweet and tasty blueberry goes great with your bowl of morning cereal. And I've never heard anyone complain about blueberry muffins, or blueberry pancakes for that matter.

But how about a tasty blueberry ice tea to cool you off during the hot summer...

Here's a recipe for a cool summer drink that combines blueberries with another super health food, green tea. All you do is brew your green tea first. It's important that you let the tea steep before you add the berries because the cold berries could interfere with the steeping process. After the tea has steeped for about five minutes strain the loose tea leaves, or pull out the tea bags then add the blueberries. I like to mash them up a little bit before I add them to the hot tea. Let them green tea with the blueberries sit for about 20 minutes, and then you can serve the drink over ice.

This is a great tasting drink with very little calories, and it's good for you! Some people find that green tea is a little bitter. If that's the case you can use white tea which is sweeter tasting.

Garlic and Why You Should Eat It

Besides being good at chasing away vampires, and adding delicious goodness to most meals garlic is also very healthy. People different cultures have been using garlic for 1000's years, and now it's even being looked at as a way to fight cancer. Can garlic cure cancer? I doubt it, but it might help.

Garlic is also used as a healing agent, and to promote overall health and well being.

One of the draw backs of taking garlic has always been the bad breath factor. If you're eating fresh garlic this is unavoidable. If you don't mind using supplements you can find orderless garlic.
